Cherry angiomas are pretty common, especially as we get older. They're basically harmless little clusters of blood vessels that show up on the skin. If they're not bothering you cosmetically or getting irritated by clothing, you can just leave them alone. But if you want them gone, laser treatment is probably your best bet these days. It's way more precise than the older methods and usually doesn't leave much scarring. The procedure targets the blood vessels without damaging surrounding tissue too much.
